A few important reminders to help keep our community safe and looking its best:

🔒 Security Alert

There have been recent break-ins involving cars and sheds in the neighborhood. Please keep everything locked up and report any suspicious behavior immediately to management and the police.

💩 Pet Owners

Please pick up after your dogs. Several instances of pet waste have been observed. Let’s all do our part to keep our shared spaces clean and respectful.

🌿 Yard & Gutter Maintenance

Overgrown grass and weeds in gutters can block water flow, potentially causing roof and drainage damage. Please check your gutters and curb areas to ensure proper maintenance.

Thanks for your attention and cooperation in keeping our neighborhood safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Mission View West is in non-compliance for the rent increase. They have until July 1st to take care of these things.

5. Section 1120; Accumulation of Waste Material Complies Violation

Waste paper, hay, grass, straw, weeds, litter, or combustible flammable waste, or rubbish of any kind, shall not be permitted to remain upon any roof or in any park, vacant lot, or open space.

Call our manager, Norma Medina - 760-757-2856 and tell her what you have to discard and she will arrange for a Waste Management to pick it up at your home. DO NOT PUT LARGE ITEMS By THE GARBAGE BINS. 

Fire hazard and litter are a major problem when cigarette butts are placed in the garbage bins or tossed to the street.

Please take pride in ownership and clean up your yards. Grass and weeds make our park look dirty.
