TASK FORCE PARK ISSUE/CONCERN FORM OMHA has created a task force to identify the most common and egregious Health & Safety concerns within the Rent Controlled Oceanside Manufactured Home Community. Once identified, OMHA will compile a report for the City, including an action plan, with the intention of finding ways to resolve these.
