Resident Representative Announcements

Pick up after your pets and please be respectful to others and don’t let you dogs urinate on neighbor’s plants.

The city will have two inspections on mobile homes this year. Trico was planned for April and Mission View West is probably going to be in September. On our Mission View West blog spot we have put a link to a 30 page booklet on what is going to be inspected. I suggest that you read every page of it. You can also download it and print it out.

It’s entitled MOBILE HOME PARK MAINTENANCE INSPECTION OPERATOR INFORMATION BOOKLET.

Call our manager, Norma Medina - 760-757-2856 and tell her what you have to discard and she will arrange for a Waste Management to pick it up at your home.  DO NOT SET LARGE ITEMS AT THE GARBAGE BINS.

Here is the food wish list that I will submit to Brother Benno’s each week in May --- 4 boxes of meat, 1 or 2 boxes of eggs, 1 box of vegetables (fresh food), 1 box of pastries (cakes and pies), 1 box of bread, 4 boxes from the pantry, which include: condiments, nuts, noodles, spaghetti, peanut butter, 4 nutrition bar boxes, 20 cans (tuna, Spam, fruit, green beans and corn), coffee, sweets, and oatmeal.

Thanks to our new webmaster Christiana Rouse the website for Oceanside Manufactured Homeowners Alliance (OMHA) is up and running at this link below. It’s so convenient to join here at the website. So let’s show our support.
