The good news is that a traffic signal is planned to be installed at the intersection of 141 and 140 Douglas Drive. It is being funded by a private development group that is linked to the North Rivers Farms project that is off North River Road. The city engineer does not know exactly when the signal will go in, but does know the plans are complete. They are not sure if the contractor has all the materials, yet.

In the next two weeks, the City will be overlaying the two northbound lanes on Douglas between Mission and El Camino Real.
