The good news is that a traffic signal is planned to be installed at the intersection of 141 and 140 Douglas Drive. The traffic signal is being installed by a private development linked to the North Rivers Farms project that is off North River Road. The city engineer does not know exactly when the signal will go in, but they do know the plans are complete. They are not sure if the contractor has all the materials, yet. Also, in the next few weeks, the City will be overlaying the two northbound lanes on Douglas between Mission and El Camino Real.
