 Major Road and Traffic Projects Tied to North River Farms

These are some of the most significant off-site improvements required as part of the development approval.


1) College Boulevard Bridge Expansion

Widening from 4 lanes to 6 lanes

Includes improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities

Intended to increase traffic capacity and evacuation routes

Estimated cost: about $4.5 million 


Status: Construction has been underway in phases in recent years.


2) North River Road Widening

Expansion to more than double the existing width

One of the largest transportation changes tied to the project

New turning lane added at the intersection
