Meet Emily Gonzalez, OMHA’s supported candidate for Oceanside City Council. Learn about her priorities and how they would benefit mobilehome residents.

Hear Chair Penny Russell share an update on OMHA and Oceanside’s mobilehome parks, including upcoming rent increases and when they will take effect.

Mission View West was in an evacuation alert zone during the June 8 Airport fire, and another nearby fire followed two days later at Camp Pendleton. Hear how Penny Russell’s park, Laguna Vista, was prepared and evacuated when ordered, and join the discussion on strengthening Mission View West’s emergency plan.

Did you get a charge of $19 on your latest utility bill? It’s likely this charge is not a charge that can legitimately be charged to residents. What do you think should be done, if anything? Sarah Hermanns will tell us more.

For Oceanside Manufactured Homeowners Alliance - OMHA - 2026 rent-control advocacy, annual membership dues are \(\$10\). Support mobile home advocacy! Get a membership form via the OMHA Homepage or by picking up a form from Linda Slater, Membership Chairman at 107 Bahia.  

Here are some of the key details:

• Membership & Donations: Dues are \(\$10\), primarily directed toward candidates supporting Oceanside’s 16B Rent Control Ordinance.

Park and OMHA meeting for June will feature guest, Emily Gonzales who is running for city council, District 2 (our district), and also OMHA officers will be on hand to answer your questions.
